How we can help
We are a network of University IT Staff and Students who support student's across London with Computer problems. Student Life comes at a price - no longer is it Free – and considering the cost of Tuition fees, accomodation and travel costs, the last thing you really want is an expensive computer repair.
As your Part Time Student IT Department we run Student Computer Services as an out of hours service - from 6pm to 10pm (after we have finished supporting Classes). We meet you on Campus and provide computer advice, support and repairs at a massive discount - up to 65% cheaper than Computer Shops!!!
Panic Over! No need to queue at the shops! We can meet you in Halls or on Campus!.

So How does it works??
Step 1 - Book using our online contact page, or message us on our Facebook page. You can also call or send a text or WhatsApp message with your enquiry or computer problem.
Step 2 - We get back to you with an appointment slot between 1pm - 2pm or 6pm - 7.30pm and one of our Computer Rep meets you at the nearest Campus.
Step 3 - Our Technicians carry out a Free Diagnostic Check after 7.30pm and advise you of the findings, best solution to fix and cost of repair.
With every Laptop repair you get Free Antivirus software installed and Free Optimization and Cleanup.
Our Turn around time
As a part time operation we try and repair most computers within 3 days. The Free Diagnostic Check is about 24 hours. If parts need to be ordered then please allow 3-5 days for delivery - im afraid that is beyond our control.
